Rupert Grint
Rupert Grint born as Rupert Alexander Lloyd Grint on August 24th, 1988 in Watton-at-Stone, Hertfordshire, England is the most promising English actor who won awards for his outstanding acting talents. Rupert Grint is best known for his Harry Potter series of movies in which he plays the role of Ron Wesley, the best friend of the protagonist Harry Potter.
Rupert Grint was born to a former racecar driver, Nigel Grint and Jo nee Parsons. Rupert Grint has a brother named James and three sisters Georgina, Samantha and Charlotte; all four younger to him. Right from his childhood, Rupert Grint has been playing in school plays and local theater group called, Top Hat Stage School. A great fan of Harry Potter book series, Rupert Grint made a video of him and sent it for the audition.
His performance in the video impressed the casting couch of the Harry Potter movie series and they gave him the role to play Ron Wesley in the "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" released in 2001 [US version release "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone"]. Rupert Grint then went on to appear as Ron Wesley in subsequent Harry Porter's five sequential movies, which include a 'to be released' movie. Besides Harry Porter movies, Rupert Grint has also acted in "Thunderpants", a British comedy movie in 2002 and "Driving Lessons" in 2006.
Even while appearing in movies, Rupert Grint has taken his GCSE examinations from Richard Hale School in July 2004. Rupert Grint loves to do drawing and sketching and watch Tottenham Hotspur's games.
